Greetings to all our F&G Members,
First off, we hope you are all doing well and staying healthy through these crazy times. This has been and will continue to be challenging for us all. We are fortunate in that our range is able to stay open but that comes with some of the typical CV-19 requirements. These are outlined below. For the latest info please check our Facebook page.  We have received some inquires asking when a renewal notice would be sent. We generally try to send a reminder post card, but you do NOT have to wait to receive the card to renew.

There are two major changes to our policies and procedures of which you need to be aware:

Membership Year
The F&G has decided to change our current membership year (previously June 30 expiration) to a calendar year expiration date of December 31. Gate lock combo will not be changed until the end of January to allow a 30 day "grace period" in case you forget! We are doing this to simplify renewals (when the year changes your membership is due) and to shift the workload to a less busy time of the year. To that end we have established the following schedule:

Guest Access
Previously there had been no specific limit to the number of guests a member could bring to the range, with the F&G encouraging guests to join after a visit. This has led to abuse where some members would bring 4 or more guests and sometimes not have them sign in. Members will now be limited to TWO GUESTS. Members will receive 2 guest passes each which are NOT transferable. The sponsoring member MUST be present with guest. Guests should display the pass - plastic name tag holders will be available at the range sign-in kiosk. As before ALL guests and members MUST sign in and out of the range log( guests use GUEST log) and have completed a liability release. This is especially critical right now as we are required to maintain an accurate list of users for CV-19 contact tracing. Members are responsible for their guests regarding range rules, behavior, etc. Failure to do so may result in suspension or loss of membership. NOTE: people attending our public events (i.e. Trap Shooting, Turkey Shoot, etc.) are exempt from the guest policy but MUST sign in and out of range log. If a situation arises where you need to bring more than 2 guests you will need prior approval from the F&G board. See website for contact information.

Family Membership
A family membership includes the primary member and one other adult member who resides in the same household. Children under the age of 18 are included and must be signed in and out of the youth range log by parent/guardian. Other family members over the age of 18 are considered guests.
