Our Annual Ice Fishing Contest is held on Lake Adirondack each year. Cash prizes are awarded each hour for the largest perch and northern pike. ANNUAL EVENT: KID'S FISHING DERBY |

The Annual Kid's Fishing Derby takes place each year on Saturday of the July 4th holiday weekend. Families gather in Byron Park on Lake Adirondack to take in a great day of fishing. All children get free use of a fishing pole (if needed), free bait, free lunch and free prizes. How much better can it get? Come join the fun! No preregistration required. Free hotdogs, burgers, soda and ice cream for kid participants and their families. Free worms too! Go to the Gallery to see more kid's fishing derby pictures. |
About the Association
The Indian Lake / Blue Mountain Fish and Game Association, Inc. is an organization dedicated to the promotion of better fishing, hunting, and shooting sportsmanship in the local area and the conservation of the Adirondack's natural resources. Membership is open to any person who has similar interests and is willing to support the Association through occasional volunteering of time to help further the Association's goals.
